That needs thinking through. Suppose there had only been five candidates this year, they would all get one year and most of the others need re-electing next year, which might make things awkward. But I agree in principle

Lurker - I don't think most sensible people would assume that someone has been elected (in the commonly accepted sense of the word) if there has been no election (in the sense of no vote). I think perhaps the new constitution should require board members who were not elected in a contested election to stand again at the first opportunity and, in the meantime, to be barred from assuming positions such as chair and vice-chair. I don't think that's unreasonable.

TBK, I assume I’m blackballed too. I’m sure we’d all like to hear what you’ve achieved since being on the board but your refusal to answer speaks volumes.

I hear often the EDI targets being mentioned, by the DTB, but surely in doing this, it's also about appealing to the people you don't necessarily share views with. Those in office have to converse with the disillusioned who have opposing points of view. The future of the DTB in.my opinion needs to reach out to those people. It's too easy to go for soft targets, the real challenges are ones set by difficult but valid concerns that never are addressed. Treat people like crap and don't be surprised when the crap flies right back.

Be prepared to converse with everybody on here or don’t get involved at all. Blanking Trigger and ignoring the questions of others, whilst being pally-pally with (and frequently flippant) with others really isn’t a good look.

I suspect I know the answer to this but... Would any of you like several boxes of AFC Wimbledon (home) programmes, dating back to 2002 (plus a few WFC programmes from before then)? Not a complete set but probably a very considerable percentage. Generally reasonable condition. There are no rare ones. I'm happy to deliver within a reasonable distance of SW19.
