That’s the most relaxed I’ve been watching us play in a very long time. I think Bromley offered very little and were low on confidence. Stockley has to be the best number 9 we’ve ever had a great goal and a superb assist for hippo. Absolutely vital he doesn’t get injured a shame we couldn’t have kept Omar on the books to come on for the last twenty to give Stockley a rest. The tweak in formation worked really well. My only note of caution is that I think the only reason we kept a clean sheet was because Bromley are an ariel side with no pace which played into Johnson and Sweeneys strengths. An important three points and a good professional performance.

Nice to be the (far) better team for once, and the loudest away fans as usual. What are the words to Free From Desire? They only sung it once.

A medicinal win and performance. Yes Bromley may be a pile of toilet but we don’t always get a professional 0-2 away win against such opponents. Agree with Scottish Womble that Maycock added value when he came on. Also agree with those who felt Bursik was confidence-generating.

Much better tonight. Bromley were poor but didn't look like scoring particularly. Harrison was excellent, offers something completely different and is able to pick out our wing backs. Also made Smith look better. Good to Sess start as well. Thought he was a threat. Would have liked to see us be a bit calmer as we had so much space on the wings but best performance of the season.

Excellent win tonight. We defended our box much better that at Burton but maybe Bromley’s style suited us in that regard. With Tilley possibly out for a bit, maybe Maycock will get a start on Saturday as he always seems to make something happen.

I thought that Maycock was a decoy for the second as it was the obvious pass and he took two defenders with him to open up the left side for Hippo

Good performance from us - Bromley looked a terrible side but perhaps that was just us shutting them down

A professional, if not spectacular, win for us tonight but an important win for us. I think the changes from JJ helped us. Having Harrison alongside Smith helped him I think and Stockley needed players around him. Bromley do not look good. Took 3 points in a game where we needed to get 3 points.

Good result, well.l deserved, thank fuck Bromley are shit
