I think Sweeney and Tilley will be the initial 2 signings, hoping for Seddon to sign too.

I reckon Maycock will go, was dropped for long periods even when Reeves was terrible so probably a bit put out tbh
It’s nice to go to the pub to watch England World Cup games but it’s 35 degrees, 8 deep at the bar and there’s always at least 1 person willing to stand in front of the screen so I think tonight I might watch the game in the comfort of my own home with Old Rosie.

The Tilley rumour actually seems to have legs so reckon he will be the first signing we announce, possibly this week.

Honestly forget which trophy is which these days.
They have Mitch Pinnock for the deadly left footed winger already

Acord6to Facebook we've made an offer to bring back Tilley from Wycombe. Would be a good signing based on last season.

The messing about at the back is supposed to entice the attacking team forward so they get caught out of position according to one analyst at the WC(I forget who)which is fine with elite players but works less well with Wimbledon v Orient

Aren't home and away first and last fixtures swapped around season on season? Last time started away at Luton and finished at home to Huddersfield, so reckon we'll start at home and finish away (like at Grimsby 2 seasons ago).

Personally i don't like the messing about at the back whether at goalkicks or general play but given the amount of anlysis that goes into almost every game played, do people believe there aren't advantages to it? Are there managers saying, yes the data shows it to be a dreadful idea but 'hey I like it'?

First match will be a far away club on a Friday night. Probably Wigan, but against a promoted side, just as we were against Looton...

Just got sent an IG thing where Americans have to guess whether English football club nicknames are real or made up. When it came to “The Tractor Boys” the bloke said “do they have tractors in England?”

Trigg - what a mess that was, and goes to confirm that pissing around with silly goal kick routines is pathetic. Let’s hope Pickford and co watched it too, otherwise it’s only a matter of time before England fall victim to their own stupidity.

Mbappe’s second goal from last night is a good example of why modern football is broken.
