The problem with Nkeng is that he is not a left-wing back and never will be. Sasu is not a wing back either and Seddon will never be a centre back. But JJ will continue to play players out of position to keep playing his back three when we only had one centre back and a centre back still learning his trade in Ogundere. JJ shows an Amorin-stubborness in playing a formation we do not have the players for.

Well Wimbledon FC were football’s iconic party poopers and the fan ownership values somehow managed to achieve pooping our own party. Should have been a day to celebrate. Ended up with fans dissipating away. Draw a line under it and wish CC well with the summer transfer dealings. It’s going to be a more competitive league next season.

Like others have said, a reality check today. 3 shots to their 21. They were a class above but we didn't help ourselves. Sluggish performance. Too slow to press, sloppy in possession. Nkeng was completely off it. Jennings looked out of depth in the first half, really struggled. We looked a bit better when Nelson came on and Reeves went off. Need quite a few players off the books. Bugiel with the captain armband so maybe a sign he could be off?

Perhap John Galt will invest although he's gone missing during our bad run.

It must be soul destroying for JJ watch rhe gulf in class in recentl games. He may well be on his way if offered a move elsewhere with a bigger player budget.

I'd certainly advise JJ to take a half decent offer if he gets one rather than hang around to be sacked at the end of the year because we have the worst League 1 budget.

The way I look at it is (1) is JJ a very good manager? - Not really, he is pretty average (2) is he as good a manager as we are likely to be able to attract, given the salary we pay and the budget we have available for the manager to spend ?- probably yes

I think that even if JJ left for a club with a decent budget, he'd still be shit.

Terrible performance- realistically just a reflection of the difference in budget between the “Championship level” sides at the top of this division and a “mid League 2 really “ side like us. I can’t agree at all with the view that the result was in any way down to JJ. If he decides to leave us in the close season the chance of us getting anyone as good to replace him as a manager is going to be very slim.

Reality check today, we can have a big clear out and get better players if someone drops a couple of million into the playing budget.

It would be mad to get rid of Jackson. We’ve got a set up that is outperforming not just budget but depth and quality.

Again superior squad wins. It shouldn’t be a shock. That’s the level of the top end of league one. We’re not at that level. Lack of pace down the middle of the pitch doesn’t help either. If our players were good enough to put perform the top teams they wouldn’t be here would they. It’s that simple.
