Good to see the OTD caption has been updated so I know what it refers to. I wonder how much television archive footage of old WFC games exists? I've seen very little. Aside from the Leeds games and, I think, something from the 1963 FA Amateur Cup Final, I've seen not much else. It wasn't until the 1980s that WFC started getting televised. I remember seeing some clips on the news in May 1979 when we drew 1-1 with Barnsley to clinch promotion to the 3rd Division but never saw them again or much else. Apparently, footage from the FA Cup games with Middlesbrough in 1977 exist but I've never seen them.

Hard to predict a result for Saturday clearly Bradford are going to be a decent side they're 4th in the table to our 16th. But their away form isn't great - only 1 win in their last 6 away games and they lost all the others. BUT... those away losses include Luton, Lincoln, Huddersfield and Mansfield which are all tough away games - the only doozy one was losing 2-1 at Leyton Orient just before Christmas. So I think they'll be coming looking to put on a strong performance and take all the points. I'm worried that playing Sat/Tues will affect us more than it affects them given our thin squad.

It’s sort of reached the point that there are no likeable clubs in the PL- does anyone other than their actual supporters “have a soft spot for” Man City, Man U, Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea … all pretty horrible clubs. It’s one reason that I have no interest in the Champions League- I can’t even support any of the “English” sides.
