I hope that the ticket situation gets sorted for all you lovely Wombles attending the Fulham game. If it doesn't go well, I suspect that there will be more excitement before the game rather than on the pitch. There won't be a match report, but rather a ticket riot report.

Just spoke to the Fulham ticket office. I explained the situation. They said if we have issues getting or downloading the tickets we need to speak to our ticket office, who should print out a ticket and send them over to Fulham. We would then collect them from the Guest Collections Window next to the main ticket office. However, they don't open until 90 minutes before kick off and, in any event, would not have received the printed tickets from us before then. We need to bring photo ID and the ticket has to be in the name of that ID for them to hand them over.

I can see a scenario of loads of our supporters who've paid for tickets going to Fulham without them and chaos ensuing, especially if our ticket office didn't print all the tickets out. Whatever happens with all this, I'm never buying a ticket for an away game again that just uses digital tickets as we simply can't cope and I've better things to spend my time on than chasing up progress getting something I bought.
There are still hundreds of tix in P2 section. P1 section not on sale, so empty.

Though you might have to wait until kickoff for Fulham to issue it to me in the first place
Last I saw we’d sold our 4,750 allocation - feels like it’s too late to sort out a further 1,250 of the maximum possible 6k which could have been made available. Certainly not hearing anyone screaming that they wanted a ticket but couldn’t get one.

I just called up the ticket office. They still have not sent the tickets out yet. They could not give a time when they would be sent them out by. They could not even say it would be today or indicate a time to expect them by. They shut at 4.00 pm. They said they are working as hard as they can. They said there is no point going to Plough Lane. If there is an issue downloading the ticket they advised getting back in touch so a physical ticket can be collected from Fulham tomorrow, although Fulham themselves don't seem to be aware of this. Couldn't comment on obtaining a refund if the tickets are not sent out.

All hypothetical situations apply. My gut feel is we’ll get the emails later today and 99% of folks won’t have a problem. I wonder if it’s possible to share your ticket with someone with a “valid” smartphone so they can buzz you in at the gate.

Is there anything on social media about Fulham tickets as I've still had an email and there's nothing on the OS. I don't use social media. When do away teams at Fulham normally get tickets as I can't help but think there is a serious problem and our ticket office are out of their depth. You don't buy a ticket 9 days ago and the day before the event still not have it under normal circumstances.

Given that Fulham tix will be a sh*t show, best send out emails asap to give the hundreds who will need help maximum time to get it. Hopefully our ticket office will be open til 10pm tonight so people without correct phone can come and collect a printed ticket. Anyone not living near PL will have more of a problem.
