My example (person) was extreme and it is unlikely an unamed person would be put forward. But if the investor insisted and the DTB/PLC wanted him/her it could be put to the vote. I agree it's unlikely to get that far. But if it does then I think the chances of getting it through are pretty high. Just needs some propoganda and recommendations. The percentage of the circa 6500 members that care about the poltics is pretty low. It is in my opinion why membership was opened up, to reduce the influence of the noisy groups to an uninfluential minority.

so 3500 people have voted now which puts the turnout at 55% - good going. I was sceptical we would reach it with all the new ST members. If exactly 75% of 3500 have voted yes that puts the number at 2625 which means as Scotty said earlier, the 40% threshold is now redundant.
