Donial - I do agree, Hugh seems like he'd be a good asset for stadium development and marketing, Ryan may be quite fresh faced, and not adding much on the face of it, but also willing to admit the existing football management team have been effective. Not really too worried about the 'faces', as long as the money rolls in then we'd make it work. DT still have that challenge at board level rather than investors operating in a vacuum.

I think that the investment is going to be via them buying a new class of shares which are non-voting but entitled to the “economic value” of the club (no idea how that would work but doubtless it is covered in the info pack)

I saw it it as an £87m deal over five years, £16m purchase of 34% equity,Which the club can use on football, bond reayment etc plus the £71m so not a loan

If the club is valued at say £60 million in 5 years time, they would be entitled to £54 million ... if they wanted to sell and there was a buyer. Does that make sense?
