Trig, as far as I'm aware the invite was posted on the defunct discord with a request to keep DT membership numbers visible. Very little moderation has happened. Nicole is a former DTB member and sister of jjjjs. A thoroughly nice woman and part of the witches coven comprising of herself, Colette, Ferret and Karen Ay.

Quite concerning if we had done a cash flow budget assuming that we would raise £1.7m from the new PLB and the actual amount is less than £0.3m- suggesting a £1m+ cash shortfall to be bridged in some unspecified way. There was always going to be a huge difference between people saying on an internet survey that they would be interested in investing vs actually being willing and able to pay their cash over but the extent of the shortfall is surprising to me. In fairness a lot of the cash was just going to be used to refinance other debt so hopefully the main impact is just that that refinancing won’t happen, rather than an actual immediate cash shortage.

First I’ve heard of her but the context text isn’t good. She’s either taken over moderation of the existing DT discord server and is therefore complicit in a lie about it being shut down or she’s created a new discord server and has access to DTB membership data in order to verify sign ups AND has chosen to not communicate that the new server exists for DT members to co-engage.
