Not been able to get on here today for some reason but I wanted to post an acknowledgement to Patrick Bauer. I'm not his biggest fan but in the last 3 games he has clearly played through the pain barrier to help the team. For much of the second half yesterday he could barely walk but still headed away anything that came near him. Thankfully, Wigan were either too stupid or incapable of exploiting this. This, from a man who could be released in a week's time and make it harder to get a new club because of injury. Maybe he'll be kept on when Lewis leaves after all.
