Selling out isn't going to happen any time soon. Fast forward 20 years and maybe but then who knows what the world will be like or what football will be like. We may have all been nuked anyway.

FTR I am open to selling provided Plough Lane remains under fan ownership
In theory one could certainly have a vote on selling out. It would only be a meaningful vote if it met the condtions of the highest level of restricted actions, which certainly includes a proportion of the total electorate. That situation can only be changed by a vote with similar requirements. It might be interesting to hold a simple vote just for indicative purposes.

That of does not prevent a member putting in a motion to have a vote on selling out which the DTB should have no reason to block.

KD - if we can be competitive I would love to be at a higher level than now. But I am a realist and think even if we sell out to a decent average EFL owner we would be no higher than L1.

JAW - coming back on something that Saveloy said last night I think the question on fan ownership should be asked at every AGM. It would let everybody see what the current mood is by seeing how many people would be voting for selling out.

If the sell outs got to a certain level then a formal vote should be made at an SGM. I would also have it a 75% (as I think that is the threshold) of votes cast than of the membership.
So if the membership want to ensure a vote to sell out is included when 50.01% comes back on the table it would require a members motion.

A great way to start a late turn.
I would find it HILAROUS if that gets played over the PA at one of our home games next season.

The bloke that does the shouty bits was only 52 when he died but the two lead singing ladies seem to be going strong. This sort of trivia is what the Internet was invented for.

Postie - I hope you find something else to do for a living if you need to. Crap time for you lot. Our postman is nearly 60 and his wife is better paid than him so he is winding down anyway.

Spit- bad news for the Watchet Wombles today. Exmoor are closing their brewery in Wiveliscombe and merging with Hogsback in some way. Had some amazing beer in the Exmoor village pubs playing skittles this winter.
