As for Mansfield predictions, they were doing well but are on a bad run having lost their last 4 games. We've lost 3 and drawn 1 of our last 4. If the illness was the reason for the performance on Tuesday night then I hope that's gone and we might get a win. If not or if we're just out of form and Huddersfield was the blip then I can see another 0-1.

Reliant obviously

Past few weeks have emphasised how reliable we'll be on a bit of luck with injuries. As it always was going to be with our (well spent imo) budget.

Totally agree with the doughmeister- a 7 point cushion is nice to have but if we continue with our current form it’s not going to be nearly enough given how much of the season there still is to go (and that is even without considering that we are likely to weaken the side in January, or at least strengthen by less than do other sides)

Make no mistake, we are right up the proverbial creek with no paddle. Fast forward to the end of the season, and if someone offered me now, 20th position on goals scored let alone goal difference, I would take that in a heartbeat.

Shame Harbottle didn’t ;-)
