Fans at away games will almost always make more noise than home games if the game is rubbish. It’s weaved into the nature of football supporting.

The atmosphere is not helped by such negative play and lack of ambition. As it is we were worse at Exeter and the support was brilliant.

I got to the game an hour before kick off and it wasn’t as busy as a 3pm kick off, normally you can’t move in the shop at that time but I sailed in there and got the winter coat my wife wanted to get our son, she really hassled me like a Nazi and guess what?? He didn’t wear it 😜 Anyway point of the post is that the atmosphere was shocking today again must be because of the early kick off??? That’s me finished with Dons games this year, until Wycombe away, hopefully we would’ve have won a game in that time 🙏

Awful game. I kept looking at my watch wishing it would hurry up and end. Too very poor sides. We're now 5 points above the bottom 4. Every point we get is vital. Today was one of Lewis's worst games. I felt sorry for Nkeng when he eventually came on as he was constantly being told where to stand and what to do by our bench. Let the poor kid just play. All those instructions will just make him anxious and inhibit him. Either trust him or don't play him. Coaching is for the training ground.

Whatever the state of the camp there is no reason for the negativity we are playing with at present. We have our best defence out so we can take a few more risks going forward. Endless sideways and backwards nonsense from Smith and Reeves. Hippolyte looked like he was on holiday. A lot has to change if we are going to avoid relegation.

CW: don’t want him to go but saying he hasn’t played that well this year compared to previous years. I can’t imagine too many clubs looking at our players and putting in big bids

ML-Lewis is off on a free in the summer so we could get some dosh for him now but without him we could get relegated

Hash- ah yes- sorry, my irony detection radar, wasn’t really working as it should!! Today was certainly the sort of game where if we had still been playing now it would still be 0-0. That said, it was a sunny day and I quite like the early kickoff time, especially in midwinter, though I realise that not everyone thinks so, so there have certainly been worse matches to attend (the FA cup game this year springs immediately to mind there)
