They should at least publish the report (by Dan Norris?) which apparently explained why a pitch owners scheme wouldn't work for us. That may well be true but informed discussions are always good

Wouldn't it be a good time to open up funding opportunities in buying a metre² of the pitch and setting up a pitch owners scheme akin to the one Chelsea have.

Win-win. Clubs gets cash, ownership of pitch by owners and look at the fun you could have with the 3 words app and the names generated. Plenty of good will all round £1000 × 7140² metre is nice little earner, more dosh on spots and angles which are visually marked ¾ of a million sound pretty good to me.
You can thank the Mayor of London and TFL for that papers

Also the 493 route is going to get fewer buses from Saturday (down from 5 an hour to 4 an hour during the day) so will be even more crowded

OI - Re your post at 09.38, I would like to think there can now be a sensible and level-headed debate about the longer term future of the club and how, practically speaking, it can survive and thrive in the world we now live in. Not emotive moralising about the merits of fan ownership and what happened a generation ago. Not because all of that has no relevance but because, subject to necessary safeguards (like retaining the freehold of the stadium), we need to accept that the world has moved on and we need to move with it.

Basically if there were 1000 shares and you had 10 you'd own 1%. If they then issue another hundred shares, you'd need to buy 1 of those 100 to still own 1%. I don't understand how that converts to twice what you paid last time, has the price gone up?

The seedrs email says in order to maintain my shareholding I need to invest double what I did last time. Does that mean we’re diluting? I don’t really get what that is about.

If a major investor bought up to the permitted percentage of the club, and if that investor was a fan, then presumably we could legitimately still claim to be genuinely fan owned…

Have just caught up with the first round of the 50% vote. I guess it should be no surprise that those who don't care enough about fan ownership to have previously joined the trust would take an opportunity to vote against fan ownership.

If you think whoever the main funders are that they are getting good value for money at the share price they are paying then invest to maintain your percentage. Otherwise ignore it. Did John Green and co get any 3 vote shares and if so are we maintaining the ridiculous idea that a 3 vote share is worth exactly the same as a 1 vote share?

I presume seedrs (or whoever they are now) insisted pre-emption rights are maintained so if there is new funding (John Green and co this time?) then people with seedrs have to be offered shares.
