 Clearly states at companies house that AFC Wimbledon PLC, the public limited company incorporated May 2003, accounts made up to 27 June 2025, due by 27 December 2025. The ones available at the SGM. Secondary, they are filed with afc Wimbledon (private limited co) at a later date.

 So there's both an AFC Wimbledon Ltd & an AFCW PLC which owns AFC Wimbledon Ltd and other subsidiaries

 He says December, they say January or March/April - let’s call the whole thing off…. (which ironically is what might happen if the numbers are too bad… 🤪)…

 The Public Limited Co, AFC Wimbledon PLC has to file by 27 December and those are the accounts rolled out as per last years December SGM.

 RK - The AFCW PLC Report and Financial Statements will be filed before 31/12/25, as they are every year. So we'll know the operating loss well in advance of 30th April 26. We know the results by Christmas every year, last year the accounts to June 24 were made available for the SGM on 16th December.
