 It's sad, Timmy, but I find I can't be bothered to read them anymore. Skimming, I see that they're talking about shutting down Discord and leaving Twitter, but are waiting until they've got the RAs through. They won't feel the need to talk to us after that, I suppose.

 Dreadful to have an open communication channel between the members and the DTB, not the sort of thing to be encouraged. Maybe we could offer the DTB a monthly summary of relevant issues raised on WUP as despite some people's dislike of us, we do have interesting and positive discussions on club and DT related matters.

 I see that following the tragic fire in Hong Kong yesterday three construction company executives have been arrested on suspicion of manslaughter and an investigation into possible corruption has been launched. Compare and contrast with the tragic Grenfell fire in 2017 where the Metropolitan Police and Crown Prosecution Service have said no charges would be announced until late 2026 at the earliest because of the increasing “scale and complexity” of the inquiry.
