I'm sorry if I caused a few of you work with my Paul Fishenden question. I know how irritating it is when you want to know the answer to something and can't find it anywhere. I remember that 1986/87 season pretty clearly as it was so exciting finding ourselves in the top flight and being competitive. I'd forgotten Fishenden was even at the club by that stage and I'm 99.9% certain he didn't play a league game, so he can't be a member of the "having played in all four divisions" club I'm afraid.

CW - he did not play at Man City in first Div 1 match. Cannot find appearance records for 86/7 season anywhere.

I have a prog/teamsheet from the Finland under 21s friendly in summer 1986 and Fishenden is listed on that which suggests he was around then

Boring fact…. I played against paul Fishenden when I was about 14. He played for Hillingdon district, I played for wandsworth district. He scored past me although we won 2 1 (I think!)

6M$ - Fishenden left the Dons on 1/7/87. He had a couple of loan spells in 86/7 season, but cannot find evidence either way as to whether he played in any of our Div One matches.
