Another “should win” game up tomorrow night looking for our fourth straight home win. Blackpool are a poor side in poor form and particularly poor on the road where they’ve not won in 6 attempts (D2L4) and conceded a whopping 16 goals vs 6 scored in those games. Our home form is much better with those 3 wins but we’e stingy in attach and defence having scored just 7 and conceded 6.

Have to hope that it’s Blackpool’s defensive weakness that comes to the fore and that if we can whip as many crosses in as we did on Sunday the ball will drop kindly for us now and then.
RK - I needed the laser treatment as a follow-up to cataract surgery. (I have been told variously that it is required in 10%/30% of cases). The cataract surgery was paid for by the NHS but through a private company which exclusively does that sort of work. When it came to the remedial stuff the NHS had withdrawn the funding, so I had to pay £595 per eye for it. We won't get into the rights and wrongs of this but it may be worth finding out what the private options are.
